Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN (inpatient) nurse. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient's status through interview, observation, and physical assessment of actual problems and outcomes.
- Develop an individualized plan of care using a collaborative approach with the patient/family and healthcare team.
- Use appropriate interventions identified in the plan of care to achieve expected patient outcomes.
- Systematically evaluate and document patient's progress toward expected outcomes/goals on an ongoing basis throughout the shift.
- Modify plan of care based on evaluation and as needed based on changes in patient condition.
Requirements:
- College Diploma in Nursing.
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License upon hire and BLS within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN completion will also allow you to advance in our clinical ladder program.
- Basic computer knowledge using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser.
