Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, assessing their needs and suggesting solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing upselling techniques, promoting products, and providing expert advice to customers.
  • Prepare and serve popcorn, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Clean and restock the store, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
  • A strong work ethic, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
