About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Strategist to lead our global strategic sourcing initiatives.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in a technical field (BSME/BSIE preferred) or equivalent and 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing processes. You should also have strong knowledge of machined materials, ferrous castings, Fabrication and Welding.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on a comprehensive Asia Supply Chain initiative targeting lowering material costs
  • Partner with the Asian sourcing teams to identify optimal global sourcing needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to help identify new supply chain opportunities
  • Lead supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and relationship management activities
  • Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers
