Candidates must have a current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice and at least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in SNF / LTC.
About the PositionThis is a contract, 5x8 Days position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
