Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of fans at athletic events through creative content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce engaging visual content including intro videos, hype reels, player highlights, and motion graphics tailored for venues equipped with video displays.
  • Collaborate effectively with the leadership team to implement departmental initiatives and support the production of videoboard presentations.
  • This position is designed as a developmental opportunity, with a focus on fostering a successful career in sports media production, limited to a two-year tenure.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven ability to craft compelling visual narratives that elevate the fan experience.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a robust work ethic in a collaborative environment.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Background in live event production and familiarity with relevant equipment.
  • Experience in mentoring or training students.
  • Knowledge of in-game control room operations or camera handling.
Compensation

Pay Band: 3

Hourly Rate: $26.67, with an annual salary potential of up to $40,000.
