About the Internship

Panasonic Energy of North America (PENA) is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Supply Chain Management team as interns. As a Supply Chain Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in managing projects and programs throughout their life cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Support in managing projects and programs, including developing critical requirements from stakeholders and analyzing project-related documents.
  • Assist in daily standup meetings with project teams, budget review and analysis, and identification of project risks or constraints.
  • Support in implementing risk mitigation tactics and collaborating with contractors or other teams and departments to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Completion of at least two years of full-time enrollment (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to write and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
