Our Machinist Training Program

Key Skills and Responsibilities
  • Manual skills such as sawing, filing, drilling, reaming, tapping, etc.
  • Preparation of tools and setting up of machines
  • Independent programming of various geometries in single-part production
  • Operation of machine tools and monitoring of the production process
  • Troubleshooting, determination of correction values, and implementation of countermeasures
  • Inspection and evaluation of workpieces and documentation of work results
  • Programming of various computer-controlled machine tools in both 3-axis and 5-axis milling
