Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to supporting young people in transitional living situations. As a Family Teacher, you will work closely with youth to develop individualized treatment plans, provide daily support and guidance, and help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for youth in transitional living situations
  • Provide daily support and guidance to youth, including transportation and supervision
  • Work closely with youth to identify and build on their strengths and interests
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment for youth
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of youth progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, education, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children and families
  • Valid SC driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
