About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our dynamic team at the Center for Social Dynamics. As a Hybrid BCBA Assessor, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular session visits for assigned caseload to provide individualized parent education, supervise the implementation of programs, and monitor completion of necessary documentation.
  • Provide in-field training to direct reports, educate families on maintaining a consistent schedule, and efficiently communicate CSD's policies.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including treatment plans, data sheets, behavioral support plans, progress reports, and discharge reports.
  • Monitor daily direct service appointments, maintain progress notes, and ensure timely submission of reports to funding sources.
  • Meet daily and monthly billable hours goals, provide clinical support and training to assigned team members, and evaluate clinical performance.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • BCBA credential required.
  • Related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Knowledge of methodologies, such as ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT, and ability to work with ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse populations.
