  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification or training preferred.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience as a medical assistant or in a related healthcare role.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills may be beneficial in serving diverse patient populations.
