Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of North Atlanta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality results in the field of property restoration and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new things and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
