Job Overview

The Oracle Unifier Administrator is responsible for the effective management and oversight of projects and programs within the Unifier platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Create, manage, and sustain various projects and programs in Unifier.
  • Administration: Oversee project/shell level administration, including user and group management, cost sheets, activity sheets, and business process configurations.
  • Data Reporting: Develop User Defined Reports (UDRs) and in-application dashboards to facilitate project tracking.
  • User Support: Document and maintain user enhancement requests, ensuring all needs are addressed.
  • Testing Coordination: Organize and manage the testing of enhancements to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing operational processes.
  • Training: Provide training for new users and update training materials as necessary.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear communication regarding enhancements and any issues that arise.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest features and best practices related to Oracle Unifier.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administering projects/shells within Unifier.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Unifier project/shell level administration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Analytics and Primavera P6.
