Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement projects to eliminate losses and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements using tools such as 5S, root cause analysis, and six sigma
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for associates to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with process improvement tools such as 5S, root cause analysis, and six sigma
