Job Summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • CT Scan Operations: Operate computed tomography equipment to perform a variety of technical procedures, including imaging and interventional scans.
  • Patient Care: Position and transfer patients safely and efficiently, maintaining their physical requirements and well-being.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in equipment calibration and quality control, ensuring each test is performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contrast Administration: Administer radiographic contrast according to physician requests and departmental policies.
  • Radiologist Consultation: Evaluate when a radiologist should be consulted on the administration of contrast media.
  • IV Setup and Preparation: Complete initial IV setup and prep for IV insertion for CT scans, ensuring proper aseptic technique.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and Computed Tomography certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 12 months of hire.
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
