Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at AMN Healthcare Allied. As a CT Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary

The Computed Tomography Technologist will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Position patients correctly for imaging procedures
  • Administer contrast media as needed
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures and respond to any emergencies
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in radiologic technology
  • Current certification in radiologic technology (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • One year of experience as a certified or registered radiologic technologist
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in radiologic technology
  • Experience with CT scanners and imaging software
