Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual content strategies to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling video and photo content that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives.
  • Plan, set up, and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality results and a positive experience for our child models.
  • Edit and finalize visual content to ensure it meets our brand's visual standards and aesthetic.
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and implement social media and online advertising campaigns that showcase our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain an organized library of photo and video assets for use across the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual content creation and editing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. film, photography, marketing) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in video and photo production, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and other video editing software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Experience working with marketing teams and developing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience filming with children and adults.
  • Experience shooting and editing top-down project-based videos, hosted videos, live classes, and/or product photography.
