Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at WellStar Health System, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and imaging, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients for exams, ensuring accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, adhering to quality control standards and protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology, with CT experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
