About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Observation Care Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the observation unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team, and participate in emergency response situations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in observation care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in an observation or critical care setting.
