Job Summary:

The Advanced Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the integrity of resort assets through preventative maintenance programs, equipment repairs, and electrical troubleshooting. This role requires a high level of expertise in electrical and HVAC/R systems, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs for room public areas and equipment.
  • Provide training to maintenance staff on job-specific tasks.
  • Plan, scope, and coordinate projects with sub-contractors when required.
  • Order and maintain required parts for stock for critical equipment for assigned areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and alert supervisor to any unsafe conditions.
  • Work with other departments and area managers as required.
  • Repair and replace parts, piping valves, and other fittings, dry wall application, painting, and other repair and maintenance duties.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak, read, and communicate clearly in English.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence.
  • Experience in electrical and HVAC/R.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and timeliness.
  • Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid US Drivers license.
