Salary & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $63,000-$80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a total rewards package that supports your health, life, career, and retirement.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Medical Imaging. As an integral part of our team, you will have a significant impact on the improvement of human life by performing radiological diagnostic procedures as outlined by the Radiologist.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into place, and setting exposure factors.
- Minimizing radiation to patients and staff by practicing radiation safety.
- Operating diagnostic equipment, processing images, and preparing rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling patients, overseeing patient transportation, ordering supplies, and sustaining a healthy work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- RT Certification from ARRT.
- State License required.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Radiology Technologist (preferred).
