Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at Luminis Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive medical care and services to patients with cancer and blood disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient education and counseling on medical treatments and therapies
  • Maintain current licensure and continuing medical education credits as required by Maryland State Law
  • Communicate with other physicians about patient treatments and therapy
  • Take call for the group on scheduled days and refer patients to appropriate specialists as necessary
  • Perform duties in accordance with established routine procedures as set forth by the State of Maryland, BPQA, AMA, HCFA, and AAHS policies
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine (Doctor degree)
  • Completion of residency in specified field of specialty
  • Current state license to practice medicine, DEA, and CDS Board certificate in area of specialty
