As a Qualified Mental Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team, providing quality mental health services and supporting clients on their journey towards complete wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services and support to clients
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and staff
  • Facilitate group activities and development
  • Assist with activities appropriate for clients' level of functioning
  • Encourage development of positive attitudes, self-image, and social skills
  • Communicate with staff and clients in a professional manner
  • Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Maintain patient confidence by keeping patient records confidential
  • Serve and protect Racing for Recovery by adhering to professional standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SUD Experience Preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in mental health
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Empathy, Humility, and Gratitude
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License to transport clients
