Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop industrial control systems using PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC/Servo Drives, sensors, and safety devices.
  • Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI hardware.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Electrical to create enclosure layouts and system schematics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety system components, circuit design practices, and relevant standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in designing industrial control systems.
  • Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC hardware from various brands.
  • Knowledge of safety system components, circuit design practices, and relevant standards.
  • Experience with control panel design practices and relevant standards.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience integrating robots with PLCs.
  • Familiarity with machine vision systems.
  • Experience working on EPC projects and writing control narratives.
Work Environment:
  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
  • $120-140K annual salary.
  • Relocation assistance offered.
