About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician III to join our team at Medtronic. As a Quality Technician III, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative tests on samples to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus.
  • Prepare and monitor quality statistics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Review production records for conformance to procedures and conduct non-conformance tests on manufactured, packaged, or tested products.
  • Provide technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, or product development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Complete and broad knowledge of operational systems, techniques, and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
