Job Summary

As a Psychiatrist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our nation's veterans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric evaluation and assessment services to patients with a variety of mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality assurance and utilization programs to ensure the highest level of patient care
  • Provide formal and informal supervision and training to residents and trainees
Requirements
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry or Neurology
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia
  • Physical standards required by this position
  • English language proficiency
