About the Role

Amergis is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Milton, FL. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing students' communication skills, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess students' communication skills and develop treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students to minimize the adverse impact of speech and language disorders on student success
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
Requirements
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and other professionals
  • Computer proficiency required
