We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students. They will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide high-quality therapy services to students individually and in groups.
- Monitor and document student progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student success and provide a comprehensive educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Texas state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children and in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and other professionals.
