- Follow a scheduled cleaning routine to maintain the school's buildings and facilities.
- Perform general custodial duties, including cleaning and light maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Assist with special events and activities by setting up and cleaning facilities as needed.
- Maintain a supply of cleaning materials and equipment, and properly account for materials and equipment.
- Ensure the security of buildings, equipment, and tools.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent education.
- Strong commitment to the mission of the Diocese and Catholic Church.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional bearing and clean personal appearance.
- Ability to read directions and label safety warnings.
- Valid Florida driver's license.
The work environment is typically moderate, with some evening and weekend hours required. The successful candidate must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required.
