Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with apartment turnovers and ensure that all common areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Identify and report any potential liabilities or repairs needed to the maintenance supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and product use.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous janitorial, cleaning, or light building maintenance experience.
  • Basic computer-literacy and willingness to complete regular tasks using standard computer or web-based technology.
