Key Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
- Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with apartment turnovers and ensure that all common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Identify and report any potential liabilities or repairs needed to the maintenance supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with residents, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and product use.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous janitorial, cleaning, or light building maintenance experience.
- Basic computer-literacy and willingness to complete regular tasks using standard computer or web-based technology.
