Qualifications: Must hold GM Certified Master Technician credentials Current GM certifications preferred; if not current, must have less than 4 years since last employment at a GM dealershipKey Responsibilities: Execute automotive repairs and maintenance on various vehicles Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame alignment Utilize airless paint spraying methods to apply finishes to vehicles Conduct auto estimating to evaluate repair costs and provide precise quotes to clients Execute auto painting to ensure color and finish match original specifications Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Repair and replace automotive glass as necessaryEssential Skills: Demonstrated experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar capacity In-depth knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting Proficient in operating paint spraying equipment Familiarity with auto estimating software and procedures Excellent customer service abilities for effective client interaction Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
