As a Clinical Nurse Specialist for our Salem Hospital Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work as an RN Telemetry I (RN) and take on various shifts at SH1398. Our hospital is seeking skilled professionals like you to join their dynamic team.
**Salary & Benefits**
In this role, you can expect an estimated weekly payment of $3,500-$4,500, which includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision care, as well as $50,000 in free life insurance coverage.
**Job Description & Requirements**
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care in a telemetry setting
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A valid RN license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of experience in a telemetry setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
