Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver with Honor, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients through companionship and empathetic caregiving.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care services.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of one professional reference
  • Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
  • Use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and have a device that supports the most up-to-date version of iOS or Android
