Job DescriptionWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver with Honor, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Our Caregivers are the heart of our organization, and we are committed to providing them with the training, resources, and support they need to excel in their roles. Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with clients through companionship and empathetic caregiving.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to stay engaged and connected with their communities.
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or equivalent certification (CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN).
- Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required).
- Minimum of one professional reference.
- Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
- Completion of any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
