Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team at T-10 Construction. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business through various sales and marketing activities, while providing exceptional customer service to drive company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through door knocking, inspections, and other sales/marketing activities, meeting minimum monthly sales quotas.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to promote our services.
  • Perform storm damage inspections on residential homes and commercial properties to identify repair needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent service to each and every customer, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Attend company meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Represent T-10 Construction by wearing company-branded apparel and having company-branded vehicle decals installed on personal vehicles.
  • Work hours: 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday.
  • Provide retail estimates to customers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Valid driver's license required; reliable vehicle necessary.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a self-driven attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Candidate should be coachable and willing to learn and grow with the company.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
