Job Title: Bank Security Officer

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Security Officer to join our team. As a Bank Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing safety and security at bank locations, ensuring the well-being of customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safety and security at bank locations, including greeting guests, observing and documenting incidents, and enforcing laws and policies as directed.
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor video and alarms, and respond to safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with other security officers, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
  • Work well with bank personnel and customers, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
  • US Person as defined by 22 USC * 6010.
  • Twenty-one years of age.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • No criminal history that renders the security officer unsuitable for the position.
  • A permanent (not temporary) individual State Guard License.
  • Ability to write detailed, accurate reports in English.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials in English.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle situations and individuals under stressful conditions.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; possession of a college degree is highly desirable. Speak, read, and write English. All assigned personnel should be of high integrity and possess exemplary security skills and judgment.

Must hold all necessary and required licenses, permits, and certifications required by the States and/or Countries of assignment to perform security officer duties.
