About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Go-to-Market team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing adoption of AWS Cloud Services and providing advanced technical knowledge to our customers.

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to ensure that our solutions are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the Cloud Solutions Architect team and focus on increasing adoption of AWS Cloud Services.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams.
  • Provide advanced technical knowledge to our customers to unblock their largest and most critical business challenges.
  • Collaborate with our GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.
  • Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
