Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning and restoration tasks for fire, water, and mold damage
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining high productivity levels and adhering to quality standards
  • Assist in training and supervising general labor personnel on-site
  • Lead and coordinate team efforts under the guidance of the Crew Chief, promoting a positive and efficient work environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Arrive punctually and as scheduled for work, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in manual labor, preferably in a restoration or construction setting
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate with a team, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with bilingual abilities a significant asset
  • Background in construction or restoration work is highly advantageous, with knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Current passport and valid driver's license preferred, with the ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks, with the ability to work in various environmental conditions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
