NetSuite Administrator Job Description

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team. As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our NetSuite system, providing technical support, and implementing creative solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure the system is well-organized and up-to-date.
  • Design and implement NetSuite configurations and customizations to solve business problems and provide users with the tools and information they need to succeed.
  • Test and implement new features and processes, onboard new employees, train users, and customize for scaling business growth.
  • Provide ongoing systems and technical support to internal and external employees.
  • Build accurate reports, searches, and KPIs as requested by users and management.
  • Fully understand custom record types, fields, forms, roles, and permissions, page layouts, searches, and NetSuite data model.
  • Accurately document NetSuite processes and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to manage NetSuite order flows.
  • Troubleshoot and develop resolutions for streamlining automation flows.
  • Maintain NetSuite updates and ensure system stability.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows and scripts.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for our NetSuite deployment, including fully documenting existing and new customizations, scripts, workflows, and defined business processes.
Qualifications:
  • BS or equivalent in Accounting or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years' experience working with NetSuite.
  • Experience serving as primary technical administrator for a key enterprise application (CRM, ERP, etc.) or equivalent technical responsibility.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the accounting and financial modules within NetSuite.
  • Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
Compensation:

$107,000 - $129,000 per year
