Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Buildings & Structures Practice in Houston, TX. As a member of our team, you will work on a variety of projects, including field investigations, structural analysis, and design reviews. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, and to contribute to the development of our team's expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct field investigations and diagnostic surveys to identify structural issues and develop solutions
  • Perform structural analysis and design reviews to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Develop and implement structural repair and rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project results and recommendations
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field (M.S. degree with significant relevant work experience may be considered)
  • P.E., S.E. license or ability to become licensed within two years in at least one state
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
