About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Kidney Care. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients with kidney failure
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
