Job Summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with patients and their families to provide therapeutic treatment services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and documenting patient progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to patients and their families, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary staffing and treatment planning.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Assess for safety daily and intervene appropriately to maintain patient safety.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited school.
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of Rogers Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
