We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at HRM. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring a high-quality standard is maintained at all times.

• Provide tours to prospective residents, showcasing the community's amenities and features.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns from residents, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collect and process all required documentation and verification for lease renewals and new move-in files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain the curb appeal of the property, ensuring it remains attractive and well-maintained.
• Process move-out charges and paperwork, ensuring a smooth transition for departing residents.
• Secure bids for expenditures at the property, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
• Achieve an effective knowledge of software programs, utilizing them to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and application fees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare deposits for bank and software programs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with staff to coordinate work and achieve objectives.
