Key Responsibilities- Community Management: Oversee the overall management of the community, including the maintenance of facilities, grounds, and amenities.
- Resident Relations: Foster excellent relationships with residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including the supervision of staff and the coordination of maintenance and repairs.
- Financial Management: Manage the community's finances, including the collection of rent, security deposits, and application fees.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports as required, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, hospitality) preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in software programs (e.g. property management systems, Microsoft Office).
- Competitive Salary: $16 per hour.
