Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation
    • Meet sales goals by motivating sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity targets
    • Support the development of sales techniques to maximize sales and service
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and grow within the company
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan events and incentives that grow the customer base
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure high-level customer service to achieve World Class Service standards
    • Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively
    • Assist sales associates with customer service issues
  • Other Traits
    • Dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements
    • Act with customers in mind and establish effective relationships

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of strong selling performance and clientele experience in an elevated contemporary brand
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Commitment to customer service and teamwork
  • Excellent brand and product knowledge
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise
  • Knowledge of POS and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a sales-commission environment preferred

Compensation

A competitive salary range of $15.50-$22.00 and a generous employee discount at Robert Graham make this an attractive opportunity.
