Position Summary

Soliant is actively seeking a committed and enthusiastic School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital member of our educational team. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the development of students' communication abilities, ensuring they receive the necessary support to thrive academically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Design tailored treatment strategies to meet individual speech and language objectives.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to address students' communication needs within the school framework.
  • Participate in screenings and engage in the referral and evaluation processes for special education services.
  • Track students' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain precise and current documentation and reporting.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and assist in the formulation of students' Individualized Education Programs.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred; however, Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with school-aged children is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to helping children reach their maximum potential.
