## Hand Surgery Opportunity in South Florida
### Overview
Archway Physician Recruitment LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our established practice in Key Biscayne, FL. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work with a 3-surgeon group of Hand & Plastic certified surgeons.
### Key Highlights
* Competitive salary + benefits
* Path to full partnership including ownership/partnership in the fully accredited and very lucrative ASC
* 6 full-time APPs to help in office and OR, as well as see patients in the hospitals/ERs
* Call: 1 week/month to cover whatever hospitals the group is on call for Hand Surgery
* Senior member planning retirement
### Job Requirements
* Must be board certified for Hand Surgery or Total Joint Surgery
* Join a 25-year established practice which is 80% Hand
* Very little cosmetic opportunities
