Community Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator

The Community Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator position is a part-time role dedicated to assisting the Partnerships and Community Engagement Team. This position entails organizing logistics for artists, workshops, events, and performances, serving as a liaison between external stakeholders and organizational leadership. The ideal candidate should exhibit outstanding communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility to work during evenings and weekends. In-person attendance is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance for arts initiatives and community involvement
  • Manage databases, documentation, and participant registration
  • Oversee contract administration and procurement of supplies

Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in arts programming or administrative support. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is advantageous. The compensation for this role is $18.00 per hour.
