  • Advise on the replacement of equipment to maintain fleet efficiency.

  • Coordinate with the management to schedule work assignments, prioritize tasks, and guide the efforts of junior mechanics.
  • Participate in the design and construction of specialized tools and equipment.
  • Supervise the overhaul and reconstruction of various vehicles and machinery.
  • Diagnose machinery failures and report the need for repairs.
  • Set up and operate machinery for testing and experimental purposes.
  • Review ongoing work and completed projects to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to synchronize departmental activities.
  • Perform tasks of supervised personnel as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to quality.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety and operational standards.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • Completion of all necessary training specific to Noble Casing Inc. and the industry.
  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent from a technical institution, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.

Special Considerations:

  • Must demonstrate the ability to manage high-priority projects with safety and efficiency.

Physical Requirements:

  • Light to medium duty, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Occasional lifting of heavier items, with the potential for frequent lifting of lighter objects.

Work Environment:

The role may involve exposure to various environmental factors, including:

Additional Criteria:

The position requires:
