Job OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician at AstenJohnson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Team Leader, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to support our plant's efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance on machinery and perform general mechanical and electrical work within the facility.
  • Uphold safety standards and promote effective housekeeping practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
  • Complete all assigned maintenance work orders promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the installation and repair of new equipment and machinery.
  • Provide maintenance support during emergencies and plant shutdowns as needed.
  • Participate in the calibration of plant equipment.
Requirements:
  • Proven maintenance skills in electronics, mechanical systems, or electromechanical device repair in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative team player mindset.
  • Capability to interpret specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings.
  • Experience with PLCs or drive systems is preferred.
