Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill the Credit Union's commitments in every service interaction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services.
  • Assess members' financial needs and suggest suitable Credit Union solutions.
  • Manage and balance a cash drawer on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to enhance member relationships by understanding their needs for additional products and services.
  • Notify members of outstanding payments.
  • Maintain performance expectations in sales and service.
  • Process cash and check transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Address inquiries regarding member accounts and statements.
  • Manage check orders as necessary.
  • Sell financial products such as Visa Gift Cards and money orders.
  • Collect applicable fees for services rendered.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and manage correspondence.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Sales Expectations

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to build relationships with current and prospective members.
  • Promote products and services that enhance members' financial health.
  • Support the onboarding process to strengthen relationships with new members.
  • Ensure comprehensive service delivery to all members.

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in educational events as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
